Construction:
Lining
: A rubber inner lining smooth in bore and free from air blisters, porosity splits made by natural/synthetic/ blend rubber compound.
Reinforcement
: Plies of rubber impregnated woven textiles or braided high strength natural/synthetic yarns.
Cover
: Smooth/fluted/cloth marked finish, free from air blisters, porosity and any other visible defects, and resistant to abrasion, ozone, oxidation, heat & weather.
Pressures:
Type 1 - W.P. 0.60 MPa & Min. B.P. 1.90 MPa
Type 2 - W.P. 1.00 MPa & Min. B.P. 3.15 MPa.
Type3A & B - W.P. 2.50 MPa & Min. B.P. 8.00 MPa.
